Hi Stephen, I can confirm this for OTRS 2.4.9. IMHO it's a bug, I would expect a PDF or a screen message which states that there were 0 tickets found. I guess you use 2.4.x also ? If this problem is present in OTRS 3.0 also I would suggest a bug entry please.
