
Hi Nils, Not. At user customer interface there are Junk and Postmaster and Misc and Raw queues. I am using Junk queue to catch spam and bounces and no-wanted tickets, so I need keep working that queue (Junk), but I would like "to hide" it from the user customer interface allowing to the user customer "see" only my own working queues (support software, support hardware, etc).
