What kind of server is yours? Is Bind running? Is the machine connect to the internet? How high is the average load on the box?
The server is a Powerbook G3 running Yellow Dog Linux 3.0. Nothing has changed on the system since we upgraded to OTRS 1.2.2 back in March. Bind? I don't know about that. Let's see, according to Wedmin, BIND does not appear to be running. The machine is on the internet, yes.
