Hi all! In QueueView (http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentQueueView), when I click on the 'PersonalQueue (X)' link pointing to http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentQueueView&QueueID=-1, it gives me no tickets, although there are some. I believe QueueID=-1 is not valid, is it? Manually setting http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentQueueView&QueueID=0 works ok, as the "original" http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentQueueView does, too. Regards, Robert Kehl
