[otrs] default length ticket text

Hello, I am starting to use OTRS and was wondering if it is possible to reduse the amount of text that is showen in the ticket body. It's about 16 now, but I would like to reduse it to 0. When I lock al ticket there is no text body at all. Thanks, Peter
