#Enable LDAP authentication for Customers / Users $Self->{'Customer::AuthModule'} = 'Kernel::System::CustomerAuth::LDAP'; $Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::Host'} = 'xxxxx.blank.com'; I would reccommend an IP for the host. This saves a lot of problems
