[otrs] Integrating OTRS with e-mail more easily

Hi, I would like to see this functionality as well. the locking problem can be solved by sending a "LOCK" email at the beginning of the processing by the agent. one of the big advantages of having this interface, is easy integration with hand held devices and cellulars, that do not have a web interface.
