[otrs] locked ticket, follow-up for other agents

Hello, How do I set otrs so send a follow up to every agents when a ticket is locked? At the moment only agent locking the ticket is getting the e-mail. I know I can set bcc in sendmail. Thank you for your attention, Regards, Paulo Abreu
