Ok. Now i have the Phone number in the
customer field but i am not able to see it in the request window ( bottom
right ).
I can only see Firstname, Lastname,
Login, Email:
I also noticed that the phone number
doesn`t have a " * " besides it and that it is greyed out. How
can i make it mandatory so that it will show in every request the user
makes ?

I was just trying to dig up the same thing from my own
config.
Once you add all the telephone details into your LDAP
config for each user you can use
UserPhone => [
'telephoneNumber' ],
to get this information to display in each ticket for
a customer.
