When I go to close a ticket, I would like an e-mail sent to the person who input the ticket to receive an e-mail that includes the closure notes. Right now, when a person goes to close a ticket, the only option they have under "Note Type" is note-internal. So when it is closed, the inputee receives an e-mail stating that the ticket has been closed and that's really it.
