[otrs] Update 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 on Suse 7.3

Hi, is there a detailed description how to update from otrs 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 on Suse 7.3. Or would a rpm -U otr....rpm just do it (after stopping the service!) I do not want to kill my otrs data..so i want to make it sure, before i try the update. br Michael
