
Hi Sander,
You can do this by adding a new "web" under IIS. You can't use IIS with the
default Windows installation package - because that will install Apache for
you - if you want to use IIS you should install ActiveState Perl [
http://activestate.com/perl], download the OTRS source and then follow the
instructions here:
http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&ItemID=282
I guess it would be best if you have a sandbox or demo IIS server to first
try your configuration there before applying it to a live system.
As a side note - you won't need PHP for OTRS.... ;-)

My question is, how to configure iis on windows server 2003? I have a Windows Server 2003. I installed IIS, Mysql, PHP. Some serveral website running on that server. So i can't make any mistake.
I would like to implement otrs on a existing website in a new folder. sample: www.website.com/otrs So how to configure iis?
