Hello Tabitha, try instead. At least, it is when you want to use just the firstname as salutation, so I gues it should be when you want to use the last name. It doesn’t seem to be reading the last name when I use the option . Is this wrong?

Procedure that I’m using:

- Setup signature with body “Sehr geehrter Herr ”

- Reply to message (for example a message from: ’Tabitha Stang’ stang@cb.com mailto:stang@cb.com)

As a result, I get “Sehr geehrter Herr -,” when it should say “Sehr geehrter Herr Stang”.

How do I fix this?
