Please also suggest the use of having this field.Is this just used to suggest that we are writing a closure note for the
ticket and the note is internal or external.
Also why do we want to put note-external with the closing ticket when we are not notifying customer.
Please also suggest how to configure and can I add a new note type here
Note internal is visible only to the agents.Note external is visible also to the customer, provided that the customer is enabled to the customer interface.Ciao, d.
