I downloaded and installed the newest version from rpmfind but I seem to be having trouble installing the GD.pm module now. I have caught a few threads that 2.x is for libgd2 and GD.pm won't install for that. So I guess I'm asking which perl-GD RPM is recommended for OTRS?
I think you installed OTRS on SuSE Linux 8.1!? I work on SuSE Linux 8.2 (the way is the same as on 8.1 or 8.0). a) Install the SuSE RPM packages 'gd' and 'perl-GD' (e. g. from ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/suse/i386/8.1/suse/i586/). b) Install 'GD::Text::Align' and 'GD::Graph' via CPAN (no RPM available). shell> perl -MCPAN -e shell; cpan> -=>first time you have to configure cpan - always enter<=- cpan> install GD::Text::Align cpan> install GD::Graph -=> Then the bin/mkStats.pl works fine.
