errors?

What do these say?
  perl -cw /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl
  perl -cw /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.pl

What does Apache's error_log say, found in
  /var/log/httpd/error_log or
  /var/log/www/error_log or
  /var/log/apache/error_log or similar.
