Found the answer in an old message.
Checken the MX record was the issue. Disabled it in the config file.

I receive the following message when trying to add the first user to the system. I installed OTRS using the executable for Windows on windows 2000. Everythings seems OK and I can login to the system.
What does OTRS' log file say? Find it in C:\otrs\otrs\var\log\otrs.log. What does Apache's log say?
