
I have deleted all but one email addresses from the postmaster pop3 account. Now there is only one pop3 account in the otrs. But that single account is also not able to Receive mails. If it is the same as your previous one, therein lies the issue. I would change it to POP3 to a different queue than the prior one that was working, and let us know your results.
