      Hello,

  yes, youre right, I have overlook it, I am idiot. Thank you, now it
  works. But I have to set it in ssl.conf this section is needless I
  deleted it (I am using https). Corret is this:

    AllowOverride None
    SSLOptions +StdEnvVars
        SetHandler  perl-script
        PerlResponseHandler ModPerl::Registry
        Options +ExecCGI -Includes
        PerlOptions +ParseHeaders
        PerlOptions +SetupEnv
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>
