Hi all.

In Admin section - Queue Management- Escalation - First Response Time: 30 minutes ( Notify by 40%)

What kind of Notify it means? It will be notify by Email or another way?
(I did not received some notify...)

OTRS 2.4.5 under CentOS 5.4
