      Hi,

This message indicates that you're having a problem with your database
configuration (login and/or password incorrect).
Please check in your Config.pm for OTRS Database config (mysql it seems)
that login and password you provided are OK.

that for the first login I must use root@localhost as my username and

It does not tell me HOW to enter that username/password combo. Is
