I've to retire this post. otrs-manager works with 2.4.x
BTW I would like to have version 6.0 (that should have been ready at
november 2008)

Hi all, The often mentioned great tool otrs-manager seems to not work with 2.4.x. Does someone has some information about it (or them at tokaware) ?
