Hi Neel, I made software agent running on cron to integrate OCS/GPLI with OTRS CMDB. Hi, I am very new to OTRS. My friend has installed OTRS on linux and also in a few days,i will also be able to install it on my machine. Now i want to integrate OCS or Fusioninventory with it so that it can also discover the IT software and Hardware assets that are in a present network. So can i do that? If yes, then tell me how. And what is required for that?
