I realize this question has been beaten to a pulp, but after three days of searching, i haven't found any answer, so here goes:
I'm trying to authenticate customers against our active directory domain, it works fine if the customer has been added to the DB manually, but if not, all i get is: "Panic! no UserData!!!"
my understanding is that OTRS is supposed to automatically fill in the necesesary data in the database by pulling it from LDAP. Why then does it not seem to:
