How to use change management in an easy way?
Well, if you talk about OTRS::ITSM ChangeManagement I can tell you if you tell me what you need.
The OTRS::ITSM Change Management Module is - as everything in OTRS - installed with minimal configuration and is configurable up to your needs.
It is especially designed to support any kind “Workflows” and not only “ITIL Change Management recommended Workflows”.
I really would love a UI for change management which can get used by me and my users. %-/
Of course this is what we want to provide as well ;-))
If this is not working for you, what can you recommend to change?
