Is this normal? I don't have set any autoresponse, why then it's trying to do the oposite?
It's just if a loop header is in the email. Anyway, the info is to much if there is no autoresponse configured. .) Update to Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm v1.27.2.3 and the log is correct. Thanks Alex!
