Is there a way of batching such actions so that, for example, I could move all those message to the other queue with one action?

With 2.3 you have to check the box in front of each ticket (in the queue view). With 2.4 there is a checkbox next to the button on the lower part of the queue view. Then just click on "bulk action" (or whatever it is in English =) and select a new queue. Lars
