Hello,

I have just recently been introduced to OTRS and have just installed it on an in-house server for managing incoming mails.

I didn't install the DNS server on the server, and am now getting this error in the system log "Can't load Net::DNS, no mx lookups possible". The ticket mails are all coming out properly, and I have DNS set in the router config.

Should I install the DNS server or is it ok to just use it as I am?
