Hi all, Are you able to run (add) stats on the 3.1 ? I've just tried this /index.pl?Action=AgentStats;Subaction=EditSpecification;StatID=new and I get an internal server error of type: [Mon Feb 27 17:18:56 2012] [error] Can't locate object method "TicketFreeTextGet" via package "Kernel::System::Ticket" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Stats/Dynamic/ITSMTicketFirstLevelSolutionRate.pm line 389.\n Thank you in advance.
