Hello alvaro,

Thanks for the information. I assumed something similar, but I can't seem to find where to create that association and I haven't been able to find it in the docs either.

I've checked in the customer and customer user screens, service screen and admin area but can't find where to do this.

Any pointer in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Services depend on customer user, that means, that you either assign the service to a customer or you make the services a default service. Every new service has to be assigned either way.

Hi,

I'm attempting to create a new ticket and assign it to a service. I already have a few services created, but when I create a new ticket, the service field isn't active and I can't assign the ticket to the service as it is shown here: http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/itsm/stable/en/html/ch06s02.html

I'm running OTRS + ITSM Module at 5.0.19

Cheers,
Pedro
