Hi, When I point my browser I get the 500 error page:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@newsolutions.ch and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that >>may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
In the log file:
[Wed Oct 22 15:29:54 2003] [error] [client 212.254.30.2] Premature end
of script headers: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/
installer.pl
And:
loot@cpanel [/usr/local/apache/logs]# perl -cw
/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.p
/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/installer.pl syntax OK
root@cpanel [/usr/local/apache/logs]# perl -cw
/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl
/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl syntax OK

Which way did you install OTRS? Which Apache version do you use, 1.3 or 2.0? Try to point your browser to http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl - same errors?
