would it be possible to change the queue on closing a ticket ? Many tickets come into the RAW queue and get closed there. Would like to be able to change the queue on closing it as well ..
Not yet. How about the GenericAgent.pl? To close tickets faster, move it into a queue (named like spam) and the GenericAgent.pl will close this tickets with a comment (like 'invalid regcode...'). Or do you need to select a special queue in the close ticket screen?
