Hi Sune,

I believe both emails refer to OTRS 2.4.7, more or less, but not OTRS 3.0
Maybe they've fixed it in the new release?

Thanks and Best Regards,
Muhammad El-Sergani.

it doesn't start from the beginning of course. The number will be extended to 6 digits, otherwise it would start reopening the first tickets ;-)

Test by yourself with 1 and open more than 11 Tickets ;-)

Cheers, Nils
