Under otrs user I create a cron (crontab -e) and put this command
*/10 * * * * /usr/share/otrs/bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl >> /dev/null
And after i must modify /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm and put
login and password to connect to mysql database.

It's strange, because all mysql connection works fine, just cron don't
working.
And in Config.pm, all mysql settings are ok.
