I would also be interested in this document. I am guessing that the best plan is to submit the document for inclusion in the main documentation.
I've put together a step-by-step installation doc to get OTRS 2.14installing and running on CentOS 4.4. If anyone is interested in it, let me know. Is there any place we can post docs like this for others to benefit?
