The TicketDivider-Patch isn't in the cvs tree yet (but we want to take it into the cvs).
I'm interested because I'd like to get around the Outlook auto-subject cleanup issue (this is mentioned in the user archives). In lieu of this option, what have other folks done? Or, is everyone just living
The "workaround" is a longer TicketHook. E. g. Ticket# or Case#...
