I am running OTRS version 3.2.6 on CentOS Linux 6.4. Whenever any agent replies on the customer ticket in OTRS dashboard (URL :- otrs.mydomain.com/otrs/index.pl) it takes around 15 secs to close the reply window and then send the email. Any clue?
