
Hi everyone, In reply to this discussion and the thread 'Stats Admin and Customization', I would like to mention I am currently developing a stats script, which will produce graphs as well as tables/csv's. The particular stats are open, 1st reply and resolution time for e-mail tickets, and general stats regarding the number of (call/e-mail) tickets. All stats will be definable per incoming (=originating queue), timeframe and timeunit. This means you will be able to aggregate tickets over days or weeks for example, and read out the corresponding stats. Maybe later I'll also try and produce some kind of agent stats feature. FYI, there has already been a slimmer version of such a script released by Damir Dzeko, with some little help from me, some time ago (Damir, how are you btw): http://www.mail-archive.com/dev@otrs.org/msg00813.html. My plan is to develop a similar module for OTRS 2, which will implement the above mentioned features. For the meantime I'll keep the list posted on any updates.
