
Hi, I create ticket by web interface. Details of Queue, Users and Groups: I have 3 queues : Queue1 asociated with Group1 - Queue2 asociated with Group2 - Queue3 asociated with Group3 I have 4 users: User1 (member of Group1, Group2 and Group3) asociated with Queue1, Queue2 y Queue3 - User2 (member of Group1 and Group2) asociated with Queue1 and Queue2 - User3 (member of Group1 and Group3) asociated with Queue1 and Queue3 -User4 (memeber of Group3) asociated with Queue3. The users have a diferent mail address. All queues have a uniq system mail address. If i create a ticket by web interface to Queue 1, not especified owener, I think.....the system send notification to all members from Queue1, one mail to user.....but I have 2 mails for User. Thanks. I presume that you are getting these duplicate mails as agent of the system.
To overcome this problem, login to system. Go to preferences area. On the right side panel, there is one menu area by name [My Queues]. Find out whether more than one queue is selected by you. You can select un-wanted queues and you may not get notification from that queue.
In this case, what would have happened is that your e-mail id is entered in two places and then the system would have been configured to send the notification for the ids.
I request you to try out the above mentioned things and if the same is not working, request send more info about your queue configuration.

I clearing the problem: For any action, otrs send two Notification identical (duplicated) to users or client. For example i create a tk from my queue and i recive this mails subject:

I view logs from mail server and Real otrs sent two mails. I find the problem, but not view. Thanks. Gustavo
