Had some complains about performance and noticed that: otrs/ index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=1 Took 99ms otrs/ index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=2 Took 30s What would be the reason?
