We have configured a email account ( helpdesk.otrs@i2cinc.com ) in OTRS
2.3.3 for POP3S. I was unable to POP3S in my server. What could be the
issue.See the below :

Just to make sure that account is properly
configured in email server , I have test in my outlook and in Primary OTRS
server version 2.3.3.But facing issue to configure account on my backup
server.
