I've already upgraded quite a few systems to OTRS 3 and have not seen it before. Usually I guess it's good practice to check your ZZZAuto.pm for any 'suspicious' entries anyway. Do you know the value of this sysconfig option in ZZZAuto BEFORE doing the upgrade? -- Mike
