I&#39;m playing around with the new version of OTRS and just stumbled across the time accounting module / feature.  Is this fully functional yet?  I looked through the manual and didn&#39;t see any mention of how to use it.  Is there any documentation that references this?<br>
<br>This is something we are very interested in.  With our current version of OTRS we are manually tabulating time per ticket for each technician.<br>
