The actual settings works only when you click on the queues directly and is NOT active in the “my queues view”.
That is really annoying. Can we consider this as a bug?
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###QueueSort: Sort the tickets when a single queue is selected in the QueueView in ascending or descending order (after the tickets are sorted by priority). Values: 0 = ascending (oldest on top, default), 1
= descending (youngest on top). Use the QueueID for the key and 0 or 1 for value.
