Hi Mike, AFAIK this is no built-in functionality, please see http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2010-February/031041.html . I don't know if Philippe could solve this, perhaps an enhancment bug entry exists. I'm also interested in this functionality. So I think you really have to edit in the database or delete the whole ticket unless you know how to use the OTRS API.
