Yes, you can ignore those mails: Go to Admin -> PostMaster filter. Add a new filter and give it a name. You should stop after a match.

For the matching rules, you have to select 'subject' and set the value to " out of office " (without "). And for the settings select 'X-OTRS-Ignore' und use the value "yes".
