Could some one please have a look at this as we get about 200 emails a day and my fingers are starting to hurt from doing this manually.
Your Kernel::Config::Mover looks fine but not ticket gets matched. Check your Queue-Names. Remember, subqueues are named "QueueA::QueueAB". However, OTRS 1.3 (release date 2004-09-20) comes with an webinterface for the GenericAgent.
