[OTRS] Automated unlocking of tickets don't work

Hi, My problem is that locked tickets never get unlocked, even if settings of the queue are right, and even if the script bin/UnlockTickets.pl is executed each day. Can you help me to find what may be wrong ? Thank you Ben
