I haven't read all your thread, but If you're not using mod_perl, it should be enough to put something like: Alias /otrs-web/ "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/" ScriptAlias /otrs/ "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/" in httpd.conf, but not into the <Directory></Directory> directives.
