</ul>To check the above (Linux)<br><br><pre class="screen">linux:~# cd /opt/otrs/bin/<br>linux:/opt/otrs/bin# ./otrs.checkModules<br></pre>Are you behind a corporate/personal firewall? Could this be blocking the traffic to that port number?<br>
